The project located in city Sao Paulo, Brazil, based on the urban planning proposal, the design specific remodeled a partial of the significant River Tiete in the city, as well as proposed a methodological recognition of urban landscape and energy movement reading and understanding. From the issue of site, as isolated, polluted, and sensitive to natural process--flood, the design tried to settle those problems through the natural process, ecological engineering, human construction and participation. As the intention that brought the river back to the city, the design hope could fulfill it by complex phases of remodeling.
