CA Licensed project Architect (10+ years experience)

Key qualifications:

• Experience working on school projects and through the DSA process is a must.
• Experience working in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.
• Experience working through all phases of a project including CA is a must.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
• Able to manage their own projects, lead a team of younger staff, and provide excellent service to our clients.
• Proficient in communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
• Travel to Antelope Valley will be required

Intermediate Architectural Draftsperson

Key Qualifications: 

We're a small, Pasadena-based firm seeking an Intermediate Architectural Draftsperson to join our low-key and collaborative team. We're looking for someone with at least 4–5 years of California experience in AutoCAD drafting. Our ideal candidate is a proactive individual who is comfortable working on multiple projects at once and handling a wide range of tasks across different project phases. You'll work on diverse projects including retail, single and multi-family residential, and office spaces.

Key Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of California architectural drafting experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A "local" candidate, living in or within a 20-minute drive of Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, or Eagle Rock.
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience or willingness to learn Revit.

• Strong graphic skills, including SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D modeling, and rendering.
