All new from the ground up, 15,000 square foot residence on a 200 acre Spanish Land Grant ranch, 1/2 hour drive from downtown Los Angeles (in optimal traffic). The design includes extensive use of Malibu style tiles and features the Owner’s collection of Monterrey and early California antiques, art and artifacts.  The project was heavily driven by extensive knowledge of California art & architecture and attention to detail.
